Who are we ?

DIMM was founded in 1991 and remains today an independent family-owned business. Based in Poperinge, Belgium, it has become a fully operational wholesaler across the entire spectrum of water treatment, from domestic water softeners to industrial installations.

Our modern warehouse of over 15 000 m² enables us to ensure permanent stock, careful preparation, and fast shipments thanks to an experienced logistics department and recognized transport partners.

A new warehouse designed for demanding standards

Starting in 2020, DIMM tripled its storage space and equipped itself with a modern facility dedicated to storage, picking, assembly, and shipping.

The entire site is equipped with scanning systems for picking, goods receipt, warehousing, and assembly lines. This industrialization in the service of precision is the best proof of our professionalism.

Based in Poperinge, just a few minutes' walk from the historic center, DIMM benefits from a major geographic advantage : immediate proximity to the French-Belgian border.

Quick access to major Belgian and French highways allows us to deliver across the entire European territory within the shortest timeframes.
