Drivers and carriers, please follow the diagram below for site pickup. Report to the "DRIVERS" point upon arrival: an agent will direct you to the appropriate loading or unloading dock.

  • Visitor parking in front of the building

Drivers & Carriers

  • Report to the "DRIVERS" point in the center of the building (Register here)
  • Bring your delivery note / CMR
  • An agent will assign you a dock (1, 2, 3 or 4)
  • Follow safety instructions on the docks

  • Docks 1 & 2 — left side of building
  • Docks 3 & 4 — right side of building
  • (Un)Loading bay
  • Standard EUR height, trailer & semi-trailer

Delivery Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 4:30pm
Closed weekends and Belgian public holidays.
